Individual golf registration for the Trinity Classic is $500 and includes golf, lunch, tastings, awards reception, swag bag, polo shirt, hat and more. Registering for multiple players? Pay in increments of $500. If you are paying for sponsorship registration, enter the amount outlined in your sponsorship agreement. See instructions below for alternative payment options. Entries are $50 each. For multiple entries, donate in increments of $50. Only 200 entries available! Winner need not be present to win. Must be a U.S. citizen over the age of 18. Winner will be announced on September 28, 2020. Make sure to indicate your lucky numbers in priority order in the notes section of the form and we’ll do our best to match the numbered golf ball(s) to your name.

Due to social distancing, we are asking all golfers to please purchase Player Packages prior to the event. This year, the Player Package includes 3 Mulligans, 2 Drink Tickets, 5 Raffle Tickets, and 1 Golf Ball Drop entry! Your Player Package will be included with your swag bag in your name at registration. Purchase as many Player Packages as you like! Donate in increments of $100.
