Rules of a Scramble Format
A golf scramble is the format for our golf tournament. Please adhere to the following guidelines. Two or more players form a team, with the rules emphasizing fun without the pressure of players keeping individual scores. Each player hits a tee shot on each hole, but everyone plays from the spot of the best shot.
Red Hill Alcohol Policy
Alcohol is only allowed to be served by Red Hill staff OR licensed vendors. Any liquor brought in the property will be confiscated. We have beverages available to you at stations throughout the golf course as well as opportunities to purchase drinks from the Red Hill drink cart and bar outside of the clubhouse.
Social Distancing Policy
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please keep 6 feet distance from others and wear a mask when interacting with others. There are restrooms available throughout the golf course. Please wash your hands and use hand sanitizer regularly as a precaution. By participating in the event on September 28, 2020, you accept the risk for your own health and safety. The Children’s Foundation of America is not responsible for any possible illness.
Interactive Tee Signs
At certain holes you’ll be presented with a QR code, which includes a special video message from our sponsors! How to scan a QR code:
- Open the Camera app from the Home screen, Control Center, or Lock Screen of your iPhone or Android.
- Select the rear facing camera.
- Hold your device so that the QR code appears in the viewfinder in the Camera app. Your device will automatically recognize the QR code and show a notification/banner on the top of your phone screen.
- Tap the notification/banner to open the link associated with the QR code. The link will take you to a video from our sponsors.
If your camera app does not work, you can download any QR code reader by going to the App Store (iPhone) or the Play Store (Android) and searching “QR Code Reader.” From there you would download any app of your choice, open the app and follow steps 2 through 4.
